Inspector Builds is a construction company in Washington State run by Taylor Weaver, a licensed home inspector (#26008827). The model: inspect, build, approve — every project is scoped from a real inspection, priced in writing, built by vetted tradespeople, and re-inspected before the final payment is released.

## Status

- Launching soon. Contractor registration in process; smaller projects and project-oversight work today.
- No "licensed GC" claim is made until the registration is issued. Home inspector license #26008827 is live and verifiable via WA DOL.

- Renovations & remodels: kitchens, baths, interior remodels — scoped by inspection, built by vetted trades
- Repairs & small projects: drywall, flooring, trim, handyman-scale fixes, verified by inspection
- General construction: repairs, decks, small-to-mid builds, managed from first walkthrough to sign-off
- Project oversight: your plan, your subs — an inspector manages scope, schedule, and sign-off
- Explicitly NOT pest control, rodent cleanouts, or insulation (those belong to other companies)

## The process (4 steps)

1. Inspect — a licensed home inspector walks the property and scopes real condition
2. Estimate — written price from what was actually seen; hidden conditions handled by written change order approved before work
3. Build — vetted tradespeople do the work under inspector management
4. Approve — final sign-off inspection before final payment releases

## Founder

Taylor Weaver — retired tradesman (shoulder/neck injury ended hands-on work), licensed Washington home inspector #26008827 (WAC 308-408C). The inspection license is the standard every build is held to.
